Whacky Scrap Races

Come along to the grand finals of Whacky Scrap Races - it's family fun for everyone and it's free!
Watch the teams launch their water powered rockets in a bid to see whose will fly the furthest and win this term's engraved trophy. In test runs some rockets exceeded 50 metres! There's going to be a wonderful rocket cake for everyone to enjoy and other activities for the children. Next term the theme is model boats and teams are invited to register now for these ongoing free Saturday morning sessions. All materials are provided. This 5 year project is funded by The National Lottery through the Big Lottery Fund. Team sizes of 2-6 can join in the fun with children aged 5 upwards. Remember to include grandparents too!
