Details: Head Start 4 Health offers children a platform to improved health and greater success in life. We achieve this via a child-focused health programme in healthy diet, achievable fitness, proactive emotional health and self-motivation. The focus in on FUN and FRIENDS. Our children's health guidance is taught through a unique, parallel parent and child membership to our online community and attendance for children at our residential health improvement academies called Life 2 the Max.

The Life2theMax summer event is designed to promote a positive, health conscious lifestyle for participants aged up to 16, with a strong emphasis on FUN, ENJOYMENT AND PARTICIPATION FOR ALL. The event consists of sporting activities, fitness programmes, motivational and nutritional advice and is offered to the children under the guidance of experts in their field; • Drs, Chiropractors • Chefs, Nutritionists • Teachers of Excellence and Advanced skill status • Performance experts Emphasis on enjoyment

The Life2theMax initiative doesn’t begin and end with the academy. As part of a crew, with friends and stakeholders, each child then transfers their own fitness profile to the Life2thMax website where they are able to monitor their performance against their individual targets. They will be able to keep their own records and mark their achievements and successes.

THE VENUE
The Life2theMax Academy is broken down into two age groups. Life2theMiniMax on Saturday and Sunday, 9th and 10th August is for 7 to 10 year age group. Life2theMax, for 11 to 16 year olds, runs from Monday 11th August to Friday 15th. The academy is hosted by Bradfield College near Reading which has excellent onsite sporting, recreational and dining facilities.

We are working in association with Gabby Logan and Doosport and Ocado as a provider of healthy family recipes.
