Longridge 2 London

Hiroki Takano, aged thirteen years old is a Sea Scout. "As a Sea Scout group we use Longridge for water based activities such as rowing, kayaking, canoeing and raft building".
Longridge http://www.longridge-uk.org/in Marlow is urgently requiring funds to enable them to purchase the land along with further investment for future building projects. Longridge has a small group of volunteers to keep afloat but it still needs to raise funds by September 2007. Hiroki along with his sister Riina are both co-ordinating the event as well as participating in it. There will be a small group, my sister, my mother, a leader from 1st Maidenhead and some Longridge instructors and I will canoe from Longridge to London along the Thames River to raise funds. Support is required for this event to occur; therefore any sponsors who could provide equipment (tshirts, food, clothing) required during the journey, PR regarding the actual event, both prior to and leading up to it and of course donations.
